Return Policy

If there was a problem with your order due to an error on our part please email: redricelv@gmail.com and include your contact info along with order number.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt to receive an exchange. We do not issue refunds. Merchandise cannot be returned for exchanges and/or store credit after 21 days of received date.
Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging
Items purchased on sale are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping or discounts; the value of the promotion will be deducted.
All sales are final for all purchases made during raffle promotions & can only be exchanged within 10 days of received date.

Please double check mailing address you provide before placing your order. Once orders are place and we receive it, we will not change the order or address that was wrongly provided.
